I might start thinking about packing soon. My brother asked me if I had started laying out items I intend to bring on the bed yet. I answered "Not quite yet..." He then informed me this is something my father does before his big trips. I am totally turning into my parents.

I don't know if I should say "thank you" or not for that comment about me laying out my stuff before a long trip? All I can say, is that I rarely forgot anything when I was traveling (all 25 plus years) except that once when I forgot to pack clean underwear.
